What is the MOQ?

Our standard MOQ for custom orders is 800 pcs. For first-time customers, we offer a trial order of 500 pcs with a one-time plate fee.

Can I customize the logo and size?

Yes. We support full customization — size, shape, material, color, and branding. Your logo can be applied using offset printing, UV printing, hot stamping, embossing, or laser engraving.

What certifications do you have?

How long is the lead time?

Sample lead time is around 15 working days. Bulk production typically takes 15–25 working days after sample confirmation.

We can reinforce the hang hole with an extra paper patch or a metal eyelet, depending on the tag weight and how it will be used in store.

What string or attachment options are available?

We can supply cotton string, hemp cord, waxed cord, elastic loop, or plastic-free paper twine. You can also order the tags with holes only and use your own attachment.
