These recycled poly mailers ship soft goods without the weight or bulk of a box. The peel-and-seal adhesive strip closes with one pass and holds under pressure, so packed orders do not pop open in transit. The film is water-resistant and tear-resistant, protecting garments and accessories from rain, dirt and handling. Standard sizes run from 6x9 inch to 19x24 inch, covering everything from a single t-shirt to a folded coat, with custom sizes and printed branding available. Proof for any specific order is the Transaction Certificate (TC) issued by the certification body, which lists the certified product, the quantity and the shipment. We supply the TC with the order, so you can substantiate the recycled-content claim to your own customers, your retail partners and any compliance review.
Our bags are rated to carry a minimum of 1.1 lb (500g) and can be customized for higher loads. Film thickness is the key variable that determines both load capacity and shipping cost, so we specify the right gauge based on your actual orders — heavy denim and folded coats need a different film from t-shirts.
