The upper body is cut into a wide double-arc silhouette with enough printable area for a complete retail layout — brand logo, product photography, feature icons, size callout, and multilingual description all fit on one panel. A full black matte surface is available for premium lingerie presentation, making the hanger read as a designed retail object rather than a functional add-on. The wide C-profile hook is die-cut from the same board and fits both round rails and square display bars. Each end terminal splits into two grip zones: an upper horizontal slot for wide vest shoulder straps and sports bra bands, and a lower wave-notch block for thin spaghetti straps and bralette ties, so both garment types hang securely without clips or pins. The double-arc outline also works as a shoulder reference, supporting programs where the garment ships inside the hanger rather than on it. Black matte coating is standard, with Pantone colors, offset print, UV spot, hot stamp, and embossing available. Custom silhouette, slot geometry, hook width, and board weight can be adjusted at OEM stage. Single-material paperboard, fully recyclable.
