1. Quality Is Not About Price — It’s About Process

Quality is not defined by quotation. It is built through years of experience, refined processes, and controlled production. Some buyers focus only on price and lead time. But in this industry, what really matters is engineering: moisture resistance, material density, and structural durability.

Take kids’ paper hangers as an example. A typical size is around 300mm long and 130mm high, designed for small garments and toddler sizes. But the real question is: will it hold weight over time without bending? That depends on the factory — raw material, cold pressing, die-cutting, and quality control. This is where Runhee’s 16 years of manufacturing experience makes the difference.

2. Raw Material & Cold Pressing: FSC Paperboard + Multi-Layer High-Density Compression

From our experience serving global buyers, most retailers and brands require FSC CoC certified paperboard — commonly known as kraft paper. Thickness options range from 1.5mm to 3.5mm, and custom thickness is available upon request.

Our production relies on experienced operators running automated cold-pressing machines. Multiple layers of kraft paper are compressed into a solid core with no air pockets and no delamination. The result is consistent thickness, reliable hardness, and the structural foundation for our 1.5KG load test.

3. Die-Cutting & Printing: Precision + Custom Branding

With our in-house die-cutting equipment, we manufacture custom paper hangers for kids’ wear, suits, jackets, trousers, underwear, multi-packs, and more. Every cut is clean, with no burrs or sharp edges.

For printing and finishing, we offer offset printing, UV coating, hot stamping, embossing, laser engraving, and more. Custom artwork is welcome — AI, PDF, or other design files. Sampling takes about 15 working days.

4. Quality Control & the 1.5KG Load Test

We have run multiple in-house load tests. A single high-density kraft paper hanger was suspended with a total of 1.5KG solid steel weights under continuous static load. The result: 0 bending, 0 cracks, and 100% shape recovery after unloading.

This is only the beginning. We continue to record real-time performance data to prove product quality and meet customer requirements. The same hanger from this test is still hanging in our testing room — with no signs of damage or deformation.

For us, quality control is not a single step. It runs through the entire paper hanger production line: incoming paperboard checks for weight, thickness, and FSC documents; in-process monitoring of pressing density, die-cutting accuracy, and color consistency; and final inspection of appearance, dimensions, and packaging. 5. Packaging, Delivery & Global Support

Runhee paper hangers are exported to Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. We have delivered over 1.2 billion paper hangers to date. Bulk production lead time is 15–25 working days. Packaging options include cartons, pallets, and custom retail-ready packs. We provide FSC and GRS documentation, pre-shipment inspection, and full export support.
